  • Delivery Area: We deliver to locations across Tamil Nadu and select cities throughout India. For addresses outside standard delivery zones, please contact our customer support for assistance.
  • Shipping Charges: Charges are calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Applicable charges will be shown at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery is 3-5 business days across Tamil Nadu. Delivery times may vary due to location or external factors like weather or transport delays.

3. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your order. You can also track it through our website.
  • Delivery Updates: You’ll receive updates via email or SMS about the status of your delivery, including any potential delays or changes to the expected delivery date.

4. Delivery Attempts

  • Successful Delivery: Our delivery partner will attempt delivery at the provided address. If unavailable, a notice will be left with instructions on arranging re-delivery or pickup from a designated location.
  • Re-delivery Attempts: If delivery fails, our partner will make up to two additional attempts. If still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and customer service will contact you for further instructions.

5. Handling Perishable Items

  • Freshness Guarantee: We carefully pack all perishable items, including spices, to maintain freshness during transit.
  • Immediate Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the contents immediately. For any issues, contact our customer service team within 24 hours.

6. Delays and Exceptions

  • Unforeseen Delays: Although we aim for timely delivery, delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, transportation strikes) may occur. We’ll notify you promptly in such cases.
  • Incorrect Address: Spicenfly is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.
